Welcome to our new apartment complex
All rooms have a balcony, large smart TV and wifi. They are also equipped with a small kitchen in which there is a fridge with freezer, a ceramic hob, an extractor hood and utensils for preparing food and coffee, as well as eating utensils.
The beds are spacious 1.60 m wide, with beautiful bedside tables and reading lamps with the possibility of charging mobile phones.
All rooms have spacious and tall wardrobes and are equipped with inverter air conditioners.
The building is located 10 meters from the coast and 100 meters from the large bathing beach of Neos Marmaras.
1st Floor
On the first floor and overlooking the street are rooms 101 and 103.
101 can also accommodate people with disabilities; it is a room for 2 people.
103 is a spacious room and can accommodate 4 guests, 2 on the bed and 2 on the 1.55 m wide sofa bed.
102 and 104 are 2 identical rooms facing the backyard which are built according to the principles of modern design.
Each can accommodate up to 4 people, 2 on the bed and 2 on the sofa bed.

2nd Floor
Climbing an impressive staircase you find yourself in rooms 201, 202, 203, 204.
202 and 204 are identical to 102 and 104 and have a balcony overlooking the courtyard at the rear of the building.
They can also accommodate up to 4 guests.
201 and 203 are maisonettes.
Downstairs there is a balcony, a large living room with an impressive corner sofa that can be opened and can sleep at least 2 people.
Also here there is a large kitchen, dining table, large TV and an impressive bathroom.
The internal staircase is made of metal and wood and at the bottom there is a wardrobe.
On the floor of the marionettes there is the bed as well as a corner sofa, a large TV and a large wardrobe.It is covered with a wooden poplar roof and ventilated/lit by a side window.Up to 4 people can sleep here in each maisonette.

Ground Floor
Ground floor consists of rooms D1 and D2.
These 2 rooms have a balcony but they can also share the backyard. In the yard, the largest part of which is shaded by a wooden pergola.
There is a bbq about 5 meters long with oven, sink and dining table for 10-12 people. There are also 4 wooden deckchairs with side tables and a corner wooden lounge.
The two rooms have an area of approximately 35 sq.m each. Are equipped with a large kitchen and a 1.60m long wardrobe. In the bathroom there are showers with double columns. In the front part there is the living room with the bed and open sofas.
Up to 4 people can be accommodated.
